We have been made aware of an issue with Baker’s Cottage - Snow Skin Signature Yam Mooncake, which has been sold in Singapore. As a precaution, we have removed all existing stocks of our entire snow skin mooncake collection in Singapore.

If you have purchased Baker’s Cottage - Snow Skin Signature Yam Mooncake in Singapore, we urge you to stop consumption immediately.

To initiate a refund process, kindly bring the Baker’s Cottage - Snow Skin Signature Yam Mooncake down to the Mid-Autumn Festival Kiosk (Jurong Point, North Point or Tampines Mall) which is managed by our Singapore Agent – Ewayz Pte Ltd, along with your receipt by 16 September 2024 as per our compliance with Singapore Food Agency. We will process the refund via PayNow for the affected customers upon receiving the refund request within 48 hours. We will issue refunds for Baker’s Cottage - Snow Skin Signature Yam Mooncake.

For online orders, we will issue the refunds accordingly on each platform. There is no need to bring the mooncake down to the kiosk.
